3. Remove the purge valve nut and the purge valve from the mounting bracket.
INSTALLATION
1. Install the purge valve mounting bracket and the attaching nut.
Tighten
Tighten the purge valve mounting bracket attaching nut to 6 - 10 N.m (53 - 88 lb in).
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Note in Service Precautions.
2. Slide the purge valve into the mounting stud.
Tighten
Tighten the purge valve mounting nut to 8 N.m (71 lb in).
NOTE: Refer to Fastener Note in Service Precautions.
