Front Door Panel: Adjustments

Door Adjustment - Front

Adjustment Procedure

1. With the door closed, inspect the following gaps. If adjustment is necessary, loosen the front door hinge bolts and adjust the door by moving the

door in the following directions:

Upward or downward

*

Forward or rearward

*

Inward or outward

2. Adjust the front door to rocker panel gap (B) to 4.5-6.5 mm (0.18-0.26 in).
3. Adjust the front door to roof flushness (A) to 0-1.5 mm (0-0.06 in).
