6. Remove the rear side access door hinge from the body.

Installation Procedure

1. Position the rear side access door hinge to the alignment marks.

Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

2. Install the bolts retaining the hinge to the body.

Tighten the rear side access door hinge bolts to 25 N.m (18.4 lb ft).

3. Install the bolts retaining the hinge to the door.

Tighten the rear side access door hinge bolts to 25 N.m (18.4 lb ft).

4. Remove the support from the rear side access door.
