Suction Hose Replacement

SUCTION HOSE REPLACEMENT

TOOLS REQUIRED

J 39400-A Halogen Leak Detector

REMOVAL PROCEDURE

1. Recover the refrigerant. Refer to Refrigerant Recovery and Recharging.

2. Remove the suction hose mounting bolt (1) from the A/C compressor (7).
3. Remove the suction hose (2) from the A/C compressor.

4. Remove the nut (4) from the TXV stud.
5. Remove the suction hose from the TXV.
