2. Install the yoke flange to the front output shaft.
3. Lightly lubricate the NEW yoke flange O-ring seal with transfer case fluid.
4. Install the yoke flange O-ring seal.
5. Install a NEW yoke flange nut.

6. Notice:  Refer to Fastener Notice in Service Precautions.

Attach the J 8614-01 to the yoke flange.
Tighten the yoke flange nut to 137 Nm (101 ft. lbs.). 

7. Using a suitable punch, stake the yoke flange nut in 2 places.
8. Install the front propeller shaft.
