SERVICE PROCEDURE

Make the following pen-and-ink correction on the appropriate pages of the referenced Workshop Manuals.

ACCELERATOR CABLE
REMOVAL

1.

Adjust nuts

Loosen the adjust nuts of the engine control cable bracket onto common chamber.

2.

Cable fixing bolts

^

Remove cable fixing bolts from common chamber and dash board.

3.

Engine control cable (throttle body side)

^

Disconnect the cable from the throttle lever and bracket.

4.

Engine control cable (accelerator pedal side)

^

Disconnect the cable from the accelerator pedal.

5.

Cable grommet

^

Remove the cable grommet from the dash panel.

6.

Cable assembly
