Brake Pad: Service and Repair
Rear Pads
1.
Raise and support vehicle and remove rear wheels, then the caliper lock pin.
2.
Remove caliper assembly from disc, leaving brake hose attached. Do not let caliper hang by brake hose.
3.
Remove brake pads with anti-rattle clips.
4.
Reverse procedure to install, retracting brake piston and torquing caliper lock pin to 13-16 ft. lbs.
