Measuring Dimension L

3. While pulling the lever toward the spring, measure between the outer surface of the pin and the outer surface of the 8 mm adjusting bolt. Use the

nut-side of the adjusting bolt, and keep the calipers parallel to the spring.

4. If the measurement is outside the specification, loosen the 8 mm flange nut, and adjust the spring's dimension L according to the table below.

NOTE:  If the fuel level of the vehicle is not at FULL, compensate dimension L according to the fuel level.

Type: LX, 7-passenger
Fuel level: 1/2
