Idle Speed: Adjustments
1471cc 2V, 1817cc 2V, 1949cc 2V: Disconnect and plug distributor, canister purge, and EGR vacuum hoses. Set idle to specified value. With AC, turn
AC to maximum and adjust speed-up speed to specified value with solenoid fully extended.
