Intake Air Plenum: Description and Operation
Intake Manifold Removal
PURPOSE
Allows incoming air pressure to stabilize prior to induction.
LOCATION
On top of the intake manifold.
OPERATION
Air flows from the throttle chamber and into the common chamber. There it stabilizes and then flows into the intake manifold runners.
