Power Door Lock Actuator: Testing and Inspection
If door lock is inoperative in door lock operating test, perform this inspection.
1. Disconnect the door harness connector: (H-25),(H-34) and (H-36)
2. Connect the battery voltage (12 V) to the door harness side connector terminals and check operation.
Individual inspection of door lock actuator
Connect the battery voltage (12 V) to the door lock actuator connector terminals and check operation.
If the continuity error is detected in the door lock actuator inspection (on vehicle) but no abnormality is found in the Individual Inspection, check
for continuity error in the door harness.
