INSTALLATION
1. Cylinder head cover [8]

Clean the sealing surface of cylinder head and cylinder head cover remove oil and sealing materials completely. Apply sealant (TB1207B or
equivalent) of bead diameter 2 - 3 mm at four places of arched area of camshaft brackets on front and rear sides.

Tighten bolts 8 Nm (69 inch lbs.).
2. Heater pipe [7]
^
Tighten bolts to 21 Nm (15 ft. lbs.).
3. Engine hanger [6]
^
Tighten bolts and nuts to:
-
Bolts 28 Nm (21 ft. lbs.)
-
Nuts 57 Nm (42 ft. lbs.)
4. Fuel hose [5]
5. Ground cable [4]
^
Tighten bolts to 5.8 Nm (4.3 ft. lbs.)
6. Ignition coil connector and Ignition coil [3]
^
Tighten bolts to 5.8 Nm (4.3 ft. lbs.)
7. Ventilation hose [2]
8. Common chamber [1]
