3. Return spring

^

Adjust pedal free travel.

4. Brake pedal bracket assembly

^

Install the brake pedal bracket assembly.

^

Tighten the bolts and nuts to specified torque.

Specs
Torque Bolt 13 Nm (113 lb. in.)
Torque Nut 21 Nm (15 lb. ft.)

5. Bolts

^

Tighten the steering column fixing bolt (dash panel) to the specified torque.

Spec
Torque 19 Nm (14 lb. ft.)

^

Tighten the steering column fixing bolt (pedal bracket) to the specified torque.

Spec
Torque 17 Nm (13 lb. ft.)

6. Push rod pin

^

Apply grease to the entire circumference of the the Push rod pin.

7. Snap pin
8. Connector

^

Connect the anti-theft control module connector.

^

Connect the stop light switch connector.

9. Vent duct

10. Driver knee bolster
11. Meter cluster
12. Lower cluster
13. Instrument panel lower cover

^

Install the engine hood opening lever.

^

Connect the yellow 3 way SRS connector located under the steering column.

^

Connect the battery "-" (NEG) terminal cable.
