INSTALLATION

To install, follow the removal steps in the reverse order, noting the following points.

Rear cable (16)

Apply grease (BESCO L-2 or equivalent) to the connecting portion of the rear cable and front cable assembly.

>

Nuts (14)

Specs:
Torque to 13 Nm (113 lb. in.)

>

Cable fixing bolt (8)

Tighten the cable fixing bolt to the specified torque.

Specs:
Torque to 6 Nm (52 lb. in.)

Applying Grease To Backing Plate Assembly

After installation of the shoe and cable assembly, apply special grease (included in the (OEM) repair kit) to the positions indicated in the
figure.
