Rocker Arm Assembly: Service and Repair
Rocker Arm Shaft

NOTE:  If the rocker arms and rocker arm shaft brackets are to be reused, they must be installed in their original position. Tag each rocker arm with the
cylinder number from which it was removed.

DISASSEMBLY

1. Camshaft timing pulley [1].
2. Front plate [2].
3. Camshaft bracket housing fixing bolts [3]. 
4. Camshaft assembly [4].

Remove the camshaft with camshaft bracket housing. 

5. Rocker shafts assembly (Exhaust side) [5].
6. Rocker shafts assembly (Intake side) [6].
7. Rocker arm [7].
