Turn Signal Flasher: Testing and Inspection

Check that the bulb goes on and off when the (+) side battery terminal is connected to the unit side terminal No. 1(B), the (-) side terminal is connected
to terminal No. 3 (E) and test bulb (55W) is connected between terminal No. 2 (L) and No. 3 (E).
