Idler Arm: Service and Repair
NOTE: Before removing the relay lever, raise the vehicle and support the frame with suitable safety stands.
REMOVAL
1. Detach the nut and cotter pin then disconnect the relay lever at the center track rod using a J-36331 Special Service Tool (SST) remover.
2. Remove the bolt and nut then push the stabilizer bar aside and remove the bolts and nuts.
3. Detach the relay lever and bracket.
4. Attach a nut and washer and tighten to 118 Nm (87 ft. lbs.).
