Wheels: Testing and Inspection

CAUTION:  Wheel repairs involving welding, heating or peening are not permitted. Wheels must be replaced if they: are bent, dented, have excessive
lateral or radial run-out, leak air through welds, have elongated bolt holes, if lug nuts will not stay tight, or if they are heavily rusted.

NOTE:  All damaged wheel and wheels with excessive runout may cause objectionable vibrations and should be replaced. Maximum runout is less than 
1.5 mm (0.059 inch).
