You may contact the appropriate Isuzu Regional Office listed in the back of the Owner's Manual; or the National Customer Relations Office, American
Isuzu Motors Inc., P.O. Box 2280, City of Industry, California 91746 (phone 800-255-6727), if you believe that the defect has not been remedied
without charge within a reasonable time, which is not longer than sixty (60) days from the date you take the vehicle to an Isuzu Dealer or Service Facility
for remedy of the defect.

We are indeed sorry for any inconvenience, and we appreciate your cooperation in having this correction to your Isuzu vehicle completed.

IMPORTANT:

If you have sold your Isuzu vehicle, please enter the new owner's name and address, if known, on the enclosed "Change of Information
" postcard and drop it in the mail. Postage has already been paid. We will contact the new owner.
