Radiator: Service and Repair

1. On models equipped with airbag system, refer to Technician Safety Information for system disarming and arming procedures.
2. Disconnect battery ground cable.
3. Drain engine coolant from radiator.
4. On models with automatic transmission, remove transmission oil cooler lines.
5. Remove lefthand engine undercover.

6. Remove radiator hoses, Fig. 70.
7. Disconnect fan motor cable connector.
8. Disconnect thermo switch cable connector.
9. Remove coolant recovery hose from filler neck.

10. Remove upper end panel.
11. Remove radiator with cooling fan.
12. Reverse procedure to install.
13. On models equipped with airbag system, refer to Technician Safety Information for system disarming and arming procedures.
