SERVICE INFORMATION

On some affected vehicles, road vibration may cause the tailgate door hinge covers to loosen. To eliminate this condition, follow the instructions in this
Service Bulletin for securing the tailgate door hinge covers with a special adhesive available from American Isuzu Parts Distribution Network (AIPDN).

SERVICE PROCEDURE

Secure the four tailgate door hinge covers as follows (Figure 1):

1.

Remove the hinge cover from the hinge.

2.

Apply a thin coating of ThreeBond 17A-042 adhesive (listed in "Parts Information" section of this Service Bulletin) to the hinge surfaces shaded
in Figure 1.

3.

Reinstall the hinge cover.
