Remove the retaining bolts and the lower control arm, Fig. 8.

Installation

1.

Fasten the lower ball joint to the lower control arm and torque retaining bolts to 45 ft. lbs.

2.

Mount the lower control arm to the chassis frame. Drive the bolt into position and torque to 90 ft. lbs.

3.

Install torsion bar.

4.

Install the strut bars in position after removing jack.

NOTE: Leave the strut bar to frame nuts finger tight until the vehicle height is adjusted.
