9.
Install patch to edge of headliner, firmly adhering tape. See Figure 2.
10.
Stretch headliner and patch over window opening. Headliner should be stretched to the edge of the window opening.
11.
Make a cut approximately halfway down the center of the corner patch, for ease of installation (Figure 2).
12.
Press patch firmly to tape on outer edge of window opening.
NOTE
Be careful to avoid forming wrinkles when stretching headliner

Install a new clip at each end of patch, and at about every 4 inches along repaired area (Figure 3). Use a plastic hammer to secure clips to window
opening.
NOTE Install clips with lip facing inside vehicle (Figure 3).
14.
Trim excess patch material from around window opening, just above top edge of clips.
15.
Install a strip of double-sided tape to edge of window opening, over patch and clips.
