1. Valve stem oil controllers [20]
2. Valve springs [19]

Using special tool J-39251 (spring compressor), or equivalent install each valve spring.
3. Spark plugs [18]
^
Tighten each spark plug to 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.).
4. Rocker arm [17]
^
Tighten bolt to 18 Nm (13 ft. lbs.).
5. Camshaft [16]
6. Cylinder head cover [15]
^
Tighten bolts to 8 Nm (69 inch lbs).
7. Timing belt [14]
8. Pusher [13]
