PARTS INFORMATION
NOTE
To simplify replacement of the left front brake pipe assembly on models equipped with ABS, the replacement brake pipe assembly used for this
campaign repair is divided into two separate pieces that are joined together with a 2-way connector.
One piece is a short length piece (Part No. 8-97180-559-0) that connects to the left front brake flexible hose on one end and to a 2-way connector
(Part No. 9-09227-005-0) on the other end.
The other piece is a longer length piece: Part No. 8-97180-557-0 for 1997 models and Part No. 8-97180-558-0 for 1996 models. This longer length
piece connects on one end to the hydraulic and on the other end to the 2-way connector attached to the short length piece.
