Seat Belt Buckle: Service and Repair
Rear Seat Belt Buckle

Removal

1. Disconnect the battery ground cable.

Rear Seat Belt Buckle Assembly

2. Remove rear seat belt buckle assembly(1).

Turn up the carpet slit portion in order to remove the buckle anchor bolt(2).

Installation

To install, follow the removal steps in the reverse order, noting the following points.

1. Fix the buckle anchor(1) to the rotation-stop position(3) of the floor pane 1(2) securely to install the rear seat belt buckle assembly.
2. Tighten the buckle anchor fixing bolt to the specified torque.

Torque: 39 Nm (29 lb.ft)
