Sunroof / Moonroof Module: Testing and Inspection

1. Align the holes in the mechanism on each side.

NOTE:  It may be necessary to slightly separate the rail assembly to visually see the two holes line up.

2. Install an alignment pin in the alignment hole in each side of the mechanism. 

The alignment pin should be approximately 2.83 mm (0.11 in).

NOTE:  The alignment pins must remain in place until the roof opening panel control module is installed.
