1. Measure the resistance between the anti-lock brake control module PH033 pin 10, or the DSC module PH051 pin 19, 5-CF6-23 (BU) harness side
and the secondary junction block FH010 pin 6 circuit 5-CF6-23 harness side.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
Go to A7
No
REPAIR circuit 5-CF6-23. TEST the system for normal operation.
A7: CHECK CIRCUIT 5-EG1 (BU/RD) FOR OPEN
1. Measure the resistance between secondary junction block FC010 pin 12, circuit 5-EG1 (BU/RD) harness side and the junction connector 1 FC035
pin 22, circuit 5-EG1 harness side.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
Go to A8
No
REPAIR circuit 5-EG1. TEST the system for normal operation.
A8: CHECK CIRCUIT 5-EG7 (BU/RD) FOR OPEN
1. Measure the resistance between the junction connector FC035 pin 20, circuit 5-EG7 (BU/RD) harness side and the diagnostic connector FC001
pin 10, circuit 5-EG7 harness side.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
INSTALL the PDU tester. TEST the system for normal operation.
No
REPAIR circuit 5-EG7. TEST the system for normal operation.
A9: CHECK CIRCUIT 4-CF6-23 (GY) FOR OPEN
1. Measure the resistance between the anti-lock brake control module FH033 pin 11 circuit 4-CF6-23 (GY) harness side and the secondary junction
block FH010 pin 5, circuit 4-CF6-23 harness side.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
Go to A10
No
REPAIR circuit 4-CF6-23. TEST the system for normal operation.
A10: CHECK CIRCUIT 4-EG1 (GY/RD) FOR OPEN
1. Measure the resistance between the secondary junction block FC010 pin 16, circuit 4-EG1 (GY/RD) harness side and the junction connector 1
FC035 pin 1, circuit 4-EG1 harness side.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
