REPAIR circuit 31-ED6. TEST the system for normal operation.
F4: CHECK CIRCUIT 4-EE10 (GY/BK) AND 4-EE4 (GY) FOR OPEN
1. Disconnect the RCM CA114.
2. Measure the resistance between the diagnostic connector FC001 pin 7, circuit 4-EE10 (GY/BK) harness side and the RCM CA114 pin 5, circuit
4-EE4 (GY) harness side.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes
INSTALL the PDU tester. TEST the system for normal operation.
No
REPAIR circuit 4EE10 or 4-EE4. TEST the system for normal operation.
Pinpoint Tests - G
CAUTION: Be careful when probing the fuse junction panel, power distribution box or any connectors. Damage will result to the connector
receptacle if the probe or terminal being used is too large.
CAUTION: Electronic modules are sensitive to static electrical charges. If exposed to these charges, damage may result.
NOTE: If DTCs are recorded and the symptom is not present when performing the pinpoint tests, an intermittent concern may be the cause. Always
check for loose connections and corroded terminals.
G : THE MODULE DOES NOT RESPOND TO THE PDU TESTER - REAR ELECTRONICS MODULE (REM)
G1: CHECK REM CA102 FOR DAMAGE
1. INSPECT the REM CA102 for damage.
Does the REM indicate any signs of damage?
Yes
INSTALL a new REM. TEST the system for normal operation.
No

G2: CHECK CIRCUIT 29-ED6 (OG/YE) FOR VOLTAGE
1. Measure the voltage between the diagnostic connector FC001 pin 16, circuit 29-ED6 (OG/YE) harness side and ground.
Is the voltage greater than 10 volts?
Yes

No
REPAIR circuit 29-ED6. TEST the system for normal operation.
G3: CHECK GROUND CIRCUIT 31-ED6 (BK)
1. Measure the resistance between the diagnostic connector FC001 pin 4, circuit 31-ED6 (BK) harness side and ground.
Is the resistance less than 5 ohms?
Yes

REPAIR circuit 31-ED6. TEST the system for normal operation.
G4: CHECK CIRCUIT 4-EG7 (GY/RD) AND 4-EG12 (GY/WH) FOR OPEN
1. Disconnect the REM CA102.
2. Measure the resistance between the diagnostic connector FC001 pin 2, circuit 4-EG7 (GY/RD) harness side and the REM CA102 pin 1, circuit
