Clutch Slave Cylinder: Service and Repair

Removal 

1. Remove the manual transmission. 

2. WARNING:  DO NOT ALLOW BRAKE FLUID GET ONTO THE SKIN OR INTO THE EYES,. IF BRAKE FLUID COMES INTO

CONTACT WITH THE SKIN OR EYES, RINSE THE AFFECTED PLACES IMMEDIATELY WITH WATER. FAILURE TO
FOLLOW THIS INSTRUCTIONS WILL RESULT IN PERSONAL INJURY. 

CAUTION:  Brake fluid will escape when the pipes are disconnected.

CAUTION:  Detach the slave cylinder (with thrust bearing) from the inside of the transmission for re-use and remove it completely.

Remove the high-pressure supply pipe.
Remove the high-pressure supply pipe.
Remove the rubber grommet.

3. Remove the slave cylinder.
