1. NOTE:  If original windshield is to be installed remove the residual sealant from glass mating surface using suitable scraper.

Install the upper and lower windshield spacers to the aperture. 
Install the alignment pegs to the upper aperture. 
Install the seating pegs to the upper and lower aperture.

2. Thoroughly clean glass surface using Betawipe spirit.
3. Apply glass primer to mating face of rear windshield glass.

4. Cut Betaseal nozzle to achieve a triangular section bead 8 mm wide by 10 mm high.
