Module - Steering Column Lock (SCLM)

Removal

1. CAUTION:  Prior to removal of the module, it is necessary to upload module configuration information to the PDU. This information needs to be

downloaded into the new module once installed.

CAUTION:  Electronic modules are sensitive to static electrical charges. If exposed to these charges, damage may result.

Disconnect the battery ground cable.

2. Remove the driver side airbag.

3. Detach the driver side instrument panel lower.

1. Remove the retaining screws.
2. Unclip the lower shroud.
3. Detach the lower shroud.

4. Detach the steering column lower shroud.
