Front Door Window Glass: Removal and Replacement

Front Door Window Glass (76.31.01)

Removal

1. Remove the door trim panel.

2. CAUTION:  Do not bend or deform the weatherstrip.

Remove the door interior weatherstrip.

3. CAUTION:  Do not bend or deform the weatherstrip.

Remove the door exterior weatherstrip.
1. Remove the protective end cap.
2. Remove the door exterior weatherstrip.

4. Remove the front window glass

Installation

1. NOTE:  The window glass should be placed in the clamps then inserted into the B post seal. The window glass should then be moved forwards 2

mm for correct alignment.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.
