Heater Core: Service and Repair
Removal
1. NOTE: If a leak is suspected, the heater core must be leak tested in the vehicle before removal.
The evaporator core housing must be disassembled to remove the heater core. See: Heating and Air Conditioning/Evaporator Case/Service and

Installation
1. To install, reverse the removal procedure.
