mm for the Thunderbird bracket and the Jaguar material is 1 mm thinner than the Thunderbird bracket. The incorrect bracket will reduce the effective
clamping load on the bushing resulting in premature bushing failure. Replace any incorrect brackets with part no. XR8 1834.

Displace stabilizer bar for access.

5.

Remove stabilizer bar bushings.

6.

Clean stabilizer bar bush mounting points using suitable cloth.

7.

Install new stabilizer bar bushings on stabilizer bar.

Note:

Do not grease new bushings.

8.

Align stabilizer bar mounting bushings to mounting positions.

9.

Align stabilizer bar mounting brackets.

Note:

Ensure correct stabilizer bar mounting brackets are installed.

10.

Install stabilizer bar mounting brackets.

11.

Lower vehicle.
