Center Fascia Vent Vacuum Actuator - Single to Two Stage Conversion

ISSUE:
Two stage actuator (BDC 6404) was incorrectly superseded to single stage actuator (CBC 9853).
Vehicles within VIN range 506664-594576 should be equipped with the two stage actuator if replacement is necessary.
Vehicles from VIN 594577 should be equipped with a single stage actuator.
ACTION:
If a single stage actuator has been installed on vehicles between VIN's 506664 and 594576 and the black vacuum pipe at the center vent aperture is
capped, perform the following:

Reconnect the vacuum pipe using elbow JLM 1133 and install the two stage actuator.

Connect the red vacuum line to the side stub pipe.

Connect the black vacuum line to the end stub pipe.
