1. Fit the woodruff key to the shaft and fit the drive clutch air gap adjustment shims on the shaft.
2. Align the drive clutch keyway with the woodruff key and then using a suitable piece of tubing push the drive clutch fully home on the compressor

shaft.

3. Fit tool JD166-1 (1) to the drive clutch, fit and tighten the securing bolts.
4. Fit tommy bar JD166-2 (3) to JD166-1 and then fit and tighten the drive clutch securing nut.
5. Remove the screws (2) securing the tool to the drive clutch and detach the tool.
6. Check the air gap.
7. Remove the compressor from the vice and refit it to the vehicle.
