PROCEDURE FOR MODIFYING SWITCH
If a problem with the non-operation of the reversing lights or starter inhibit is encountered, the following modification to the switch, DAC 2726, can be
made.
The mounting hole should be carefully enlarged using a 7/32" drill or enlarged with a suitable round file. This allows sufficient movement of the switch
so that it can be adjusted for satisfactory operation and then secured in position with the bolt.
The repair operation time number, 44-15-17, covers the removal and replacement of the combined switch with a time allowance of .45 hours. This
allowance is considered to be adequate to cover the above operation.
If this work is performed as warranty, enter DAC 2726 as the causal part number with a defect code of 25.
