Door/Trunk Ajar Indicator/Lamp: Testing and Inspection
Luggage Compartment Warning Lamp (Active Low)
1. Check continuity across compartment latch switch. With trunk lid open short circuit should be recorded, with trunk lid closed open circuit should
be recorded.
2. Measure voltage at pack pin 16, 4 way connector, 0 volts indicates signal low i.e. lamp ON. A value of 12 V at pin 16 indicates healthy signal.
