CONDITION SUMMARY:
EXTERIOR OR INTERIOR DOOR HANDLE IS STIFF, BINDING OR SQUEAKING
Situation:
A customer may report a concern that the exterior or interior door handle is stiff, binding or squeaking when opening the door.
Increased friction between the interfacing surfaces on the door latch mechanism may be the cause.
Action:
Should a customer express this concern, refer to the Repair Procedure detailed in this bulletin to lubricate all door latch mechanisms.

Carbaflo grease (K5P205) is contained in the Squeaks and Rattles Repair Kit (JLM 21204) and is a shop consumable. Replacement Carbaflo grease
may be ordered thru Unipart using part number JLM 21206.
