Upon introduction of the revised DDW claim submission system, the following warranty information will apply.

Warranty claims should be submitted quoting the information found in the table shown. This will result in payment of the slated time and, where
applicable parts/miscellaneous expense codes as listed.

Drive in/drive out may only be claimed when the vehicle has been brought in for this action alone to be undertaken.

The SROs and parts listed above have been included for information only, there will be no requirement to enter the parts or SROs onto the claim.

NOTE:

Always perform a DCS claim search first to determine whether this service action has been performed on this vehicle. The warranty selection under
the vehicle inquiry will give a listing of all claims against the vehicle. If S918 appears in the fault code field, do not perform this service action.

DCS DEALERS

Submit claims using the appropriate summary code for the vehicle model and work performed. Follow standard campaign submission procedures.

NON-DCS DEALERS

Submit claims on the Recall Campaign Summary form W-25. Enter the appropriate summary code for the vehicle model and work performed in the
Repair Code column.

Do not use the W-1 warranty claim form.
