Power Steering Fluid Reservoir

Removal

1. CAUTION:  If power steering fluid is spilt on the paintwork, the effected area must be immediately washed down with cold water.

Remove the power steering fluid reservoir.
1) Disconnect the power steering supply and return hoses.

Drain the fluid into a suitable container.

2) Remove the power steering reservoir bolts.
3) Remove the power steering reservoir.

Installation

1. CAUTION:  Use only Jaguar specification Dexron 2E power assisted steering oil.

To install, reverse the removal procedure.

2. Bleed the power steering system.
