5. Using the special tool, install a new torque converter seal.

6. Install the torque converter.

CAUTION:  Do not let the torque converter drop out of the transmission. Failure to follow this instruction may result in personal injury. 

NOTE:  The torque converter hub must engage fully in the oil pump drive gear.

7. Install the transmission assembly.
