3. Remove the heatshield: (Figure 1)

^ Remove the four bolts.

4. Install the new heatshield (XR852227): (Figure 2)

^ Install the two bolts only.

^ Tighten bolts to 7 Nm (5lbf ft).

5. Refer to Workshop Manual section 309-00C: Exhaust System - 5.0L NA V8-AJ133 / 5.0L SC V8-AJ133 > Removal and Installation > Front Muffler,
and install the front muffler.

6. Refer to Workshop Manual section 100-02: Jacking and Lifting > Description and Operation > Lifting, and lower the vehicle.

RESEAL REAR WINDSHIELD

1. Open the luggage compartment lid.

2. Release the luggage compartment lid seal. (Figure 3)
