Crankshaft Pulley Removal - Tool 18G 1436 - Modification

The existing crankshaft removal tool 18G 1436 (Fig. 1) can be modified for XJ12 application.

To modify the existing tool for use on XJ12, elongate the outermost holes in the tool 1.0 mm toward the center, as indicated in Fig. 2.

After modification, this tool can still be used on 3.6 and 4.0 Sedans and 4.0 XJS.
