NOTE:
Service Tool JD 176 (Fig. 1 C) should be seated firmly against the face of the pressure relief valve during the removal procedure.

Ensure that the sealing rings are installed to the revised relief valve (CCC 3832). Using service tool JD 176, install the relief valve to the valve
block. Tighten to 20-24 N-m. (15-18 ft.lbs.) Again, hold the valve block with an open ended wrench.

Remove the cloth from beneath the valve body.
^
Reposition the high pressure hose and the A/C hose on the valve block mounting bracket and secure with the bolt.
^
Check the system for leaks. Check/top-up the fluid level in the power hydraulic fluid reservoir.
