Disconnect the brake pad wear sensor block connector.

Remove the lower guide pin bolt (1) from the caliper.

Pivot the caliper (1) upwards to gain access to the brake pads (2).

NOTE:Use an open-ended spanner to hold the guide pin during removal. This will prevent damage to the rubber dust cover.

Remove the brake pads and remove the upper guide pin bolt.

-

Re-position the caliper for access to the carrier securing bolts (3), cut and remove the lock wire (4).

-

Remove the carrier securing bolts and remove the carrier. 

-

Remove the disc securing screw and remove the disc.

-

Pry off the hub grease cap.
