Use the second strap to secure the harness to the power steering return pipe, at the position indicated in Illustration 3.
17.
Trim the excess from the tie straps.
18.
Replace the wheel well liner in its original position, center the steering and then lower the vehicle.
19.
Reconnect the battery, replace the battery cover and reset the clock.
