Throttle Linkage Bushing

Check for broken throttle bushings.

NOTE:Bushings are quite often broken.  This can cause improper relationship between throttle potentiometer and throttle butterflies.  If throttle

bushings are replaced, be sure to check linkage adjustment.

Check linkage for bent or loose rods.

3.

Check linkage for smooth operation and proper adjustment.  If adjustment is needed, refer to ADJUSTMENT PROCEDURES.
