Remove retaining plate (3). If plate sticks, lightly tap with mallet.

Remove spring (4), then the top O-ring from recess in pump body. Remove key from rotor shaft.

Gently tap roller spindle (2) towards pump body and carefully remove pump assembly from body. Fig. 16.

Remove lower O-ring from recess in pump body (3).

If pump dowel pins remain in body, remove pins (4). Remove rotor housing top plate from pump assembly (5). Fig. 16.

14.

Remove rotor housing (6), rotor vanes (7) and circlip securing rotor to driveshaft (8).

15.

Remove driveshaft oil seal from pump body (9).
